Vinayaga College of Education and Vinayaga Teachers' Training Institute are Located at Mallika Nagar First Street, P.V.Vaithiyalingam Road, Pallavaram, Chennai - 600 117. It is run by Vinayaka Educational Trust.
The Mission of the Trust is to create a knowledge society with a vision to train knowledgeable teachers.
The Institute is approved by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), Bangalore and Affiliated to the University of Madras.
Location: Vinayaga College of Education and Vinayaga Teachers' Training Institutes are functioning at the Trust's own building at Old Pallavaram, Chennai, adjacent to Grand Southern Trunk Road and Beach - Tambaram electric train routes. The institutions are near to Pallavaram Railway Station and Chennai International Airport.

Facilities have been provided for learning, drawing, painting, music and other
talents.
Library: Library is the life blood of academic activities. A well furnished library is the Store of knowledge. The library of Vinayaga Group of Institutions is well furnished, spacious and contains more than 3,500 books on various subjects for B.Ed., course and 3,400 books for D.T.Ed. More than 15 journals on education are subscribed.
Hostel: Hostel facility is provided for men and women students seperately. A well furnished room to stay and homely vegetarian food will be provided on contract basis. A seperate application shall be submitted by each candidate for joining the Hostel.
