IIT seats may increase
New Delhi: IIT joint entrance examination will be held on April 10 next year and the question pattern will remain unchanged.
The joint admission board, a body represented by the IITs for overseeing the joint entrance examination every year, met on Saturday at IIT Kanpur and decided to hold the exam in the existing pattern.
Nearly four lakh students had appeared for the IIT-JEE this year for about 10,000 seats in IITs. The number of seats may increase next year.- PTI
