Chennai: The University of Madras on Sunday cancelled the examination for an MCA correspondence paper and decided to come up with a rescheduled date later.

This follows Saturday's incident when the examination for another paper “Object oriented programming with C++” was cancelled after the University found it had been leaked. Over 300 participants, including school dropouts, who underwent certificate and diploma courses in basic computer operations, desk top publishing, Tally, computer hardware and programming, were awarded certificates of completion on the occasion. The Project Director, IECD, S.V.A. Prakash, spoke.
