In Person: M.B.A.& Health Science Cost of Application Form: Rs. 250/- and for All other programmes Rs. 75/-
By Post: M.B.A.& Health Science Cost of Application Form: Rs. 290/- and for All other programmes Rs. 100/-

Mode of Payment (DD):
Demand Draft in favour of "The Director, D.D.E., Annamalai University” from any Nationalised bank on or after 20.04.2009. The name and address of the candidate and the course applied for should be written in the reverse of the demand draft. Application Forms:

• In Person: The application form can also be obtained in person by cash payment at the University Study Centres and Information Centres.
• By Post: Those who want to receive applications by sending a D.D. in favour of "The Director, D.D.E, Annamalai University” payable at Chennai.
  

The completed application forms should reach "The Director, Directorate of Distance Education, Annamalai University, Annamalai Nagar - 608 002" on or before 31.08.2009.
